Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails with professionalism, addressing inquiries about amenities, directions, and local attractions in Houston.
- Monitor the lobby area to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Handle cash transactions and process credit card payments accurately and securely.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and common areas meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid state-issued ID or driver's license.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
