Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with precision and efficiency
- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records using PMS software (Opera experience preferred)
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Process daily payments and reconcile cash drawer balances
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- 1+ years customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Proficiency in multi-line phone systems and basic office software
- Strong communication skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math skills for cash handling and financial transactions
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
