Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest's stay.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries with a professional and welcoming tone.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly, aiming for 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist with luggage handling and provide recommendations for local dining and attractions.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the reception area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or hotel management certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or guest services is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
