Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel property management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room assignments efficiently
- Resolve guest concerns with proactive problem-solving and personalized solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams for guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Perform nightly audits and report discrepancies to management
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk or customer-facing hospitality role
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license (if required for local errands)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
