Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera property management system
- Handle complex reservations and optimize room allocations for maximum occupancy
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with immediate, solution-oriented approaches
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for flawless operations
- Promote hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain organized front desk area and ensure brand compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills in English; multilingual abilities preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Strong problem-solving skills with calm demeanor under pressure
- High school diploma; hospitality certification or college degree a plus
- Valid Washington state alcohol service permit (or ability to obtain)
