Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during night shifts, including check-in, check-out, and key card issuance.
- Monitor security cameras and access points to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions and services.
- Process guest payments, handle cash transactions, and prepare daily shift reports accurately.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks and assist housekeeping with special requests.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor while adhering to hotel brand standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk reception, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
