Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using resort management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accurately
- Coordinate housekeeping/maintenance for room readiness
- Upsell resort amenities and local attractions
- Maintain security protocols for guest safety
- Train on property management systems (Opera/PMS)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Strong communication & conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hospitality software (training provided)
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math & cash handling abilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Positive attitude under pressure
