Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize property management systems for reservation management
- Upsell hotel amenities and local experiences
- Maintain security protocols for guest safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Austin attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
