Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome visitors warmly, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Communication: Manage incoming calls and emails professionally, taking messages and forwarding information efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Handle front desk operations including mail distribution, package handling, and maintaining the reception area's cleanliness.
- Booking & Scheduling: Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff members.
- Security & Access: Monitor building access, issue visitor badges, and ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve visitor concerns or issues with a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Professionalism: Must maintain a neat, professional appearance and a positive attitude at all times.
