Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly and efficiently checking them in and out of the facility.
- Managing phone inquiries and routing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Assisting with check-out processes, including handling payments and printing receipts.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times.
- Resolving guest complaints or inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Updating guest information and preferences into the property management system.
- Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior front desk experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus.
- Professional appearance and adherence to dress code policies.
