Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and luggage handling, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate the weekend staff, including front desk agents and housekeeping personnel.
- Perform night audit duties accurately, balancing accounts, and preparing daily financial reports.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
- Monitor hotel security, safety protocols, and facility maintenance to ensure a safe environment.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies for the front office and lobby areas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality management, front desk supervision, or guest services.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and rotating night shifts.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or similar software.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure during peak times.
