Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls, route inquiries, and take accurate messages.
- Assist with luggage handling, directions, and local recommendations for visitors.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle guest complaints or requests immediately and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not strictly required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- A professional appearance and demeanor.
