Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid California Food Handler's preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Multi-lingual abilities a plus
