Responsibilities
- Manage efficient check-in/check-out procedures for overnight guests using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for operational excellence
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records using POS systems
- Execute emergency response protocols and safety procedures during night hours
- Prepare end-of-night reports and reconcile daily transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Proven proficiency in Opera property management system
- Exceptional communication skills in English; multilingual candidates strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills with high emotional intelligence
- Valid New York State hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
