Responsibilities
- Seamlessly manage guest check-ins/check-outs using PMS systems
- Handle reservation modifications and VIP guest requests
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash drawer reconciliation
- Maintain accurate guest preference records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of DC area attractions and transportation
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
