Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest registration.
- Respond to incoming calls and emails promptly with a professional and courteous tone.
- Maintain the security and safety of the facility and guests during the night shift hours.
- Assist with light cleaning duties and ensure the lobby area is pristine and welcoming.
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with day shift staff to ensure seamless handover of duties.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems is a plus.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude are essential.
