Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge roles
- Handle check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas to brand standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless hotel operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Process payments and manage cash drawer responsibilities
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain)
