Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional check-in/check-out experiences for all guests
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Operate property management systems (PMS) and process payments accurately
- Maintain organized front desk areas and ensure lobby standards are met
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams during peak hours
Qualifications
