Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Bed Making: Change linens, make beds, and ensure all linens are crisp and folded.
- Amenities: Restock guest amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) and ensure bathrooms are stocked and tidy.
- Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues or damages in the rooms to the engineering department promptly.
- Common Areas: Dust, vacuum, and clean hallways, lobbies, and public restrooms.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and health regulations regarding cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel hospitality is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot dust, stains, and ensure a spotless environment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 20 lbs).
- Reliability: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills for interacting with guests and staff.
