Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Operations: Handle all front desk operations, including answering phones, managing reservations, and processing payments accurately.
- Communication: Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services with a helpful and knowledgeable approach.
- Administration: Maintain accurate guest records and update the property management system (PMS) with current information.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Team Support: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure the lobby and public areas are pristine.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software or property management systems is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and move around the property as needed.
