Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage phone inquiries and reservations accurately using our property management system.
- Address guest requests, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet high standards.
Qualifications
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse guests.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation software is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
