Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently using our Property Management System.
- Guest Relations: Handle all guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with the utmost professionalism and care.
- Reservation Management: Assist in processing reservations and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
- Shift Leadership: Support the front office team during your shift to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all hotel security protocols and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk) is a plus.
- Attitude: A positive, guest-first mindset and a team-oriented approach.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
