Responsibilities
- Provide warm, efficient check-in/check-out services using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and coordinate with housekeeping/bell staff
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Uphold brand standards while promoting hotel amenities and local attractions
- Assist with valet services, luggage handling, and security protocols
- Collaborate with team during peak periods to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Minneapolis tourism landscape
- Valid Minnesota Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
