Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using industry-standard property management systems (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process payments, manage accounts, and balance daily reports accurately.
- Maintain the lobby and front desk area to ensure a pristine and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and room status updates.
- Assist in promoting hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions to enhance the guest stay.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality front desk or guest services role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
