- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with warm professionalism
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using our service excellence protocols
- Maintain accurate records in property management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience required
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Valid Texas hospitality certification preferred
- Fluency in English; bilingual (Spanish) a strong advantage
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
