Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, billing, and room assignments using our proprietary hospitality software
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security departments
- Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and operational incidents
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or front desk experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with reservation systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mathematical aptitude for financial transactions
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (if required for property errands)
