Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently using resort management systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests
- Process payments, handle cash, and reconcile daily transactions
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate shift logs and incident reports
- Upsell resort amenities and services during guest interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
