Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through front desk operations, concierge assistance, and check-in/check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Process reservations, manage billing transactions, and maintain accurate guest records
- Assist with event setup, meeting room coordination, and valet services as needed
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to cleanliness and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance hospitality skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- No prior experience necessary – we train motivated candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn reservation systems
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
- Valid Florida driver's license if driving valet/parking services
