Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and guest check-ins during overnight hours.
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and manage reservations systems accurately.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Conduct security rounds of the property to ensure safety and compliance.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area and lobby.
- Report maintenance issues and facility concerns to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Must be available to work nights (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency with PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during quiet hours.
