Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and public areas using advanced cleaning techniques
- Execute deep cleaning protocols for high-touch surfaces and guest amenities
- Manage inventory control for linens, supplies, and cleaning equipment
- Adhere to strict sanitation standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Address special guest requests promptly and professionally
- Train new housekeeping staff on established procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel housekeeping experience required
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols and EPA-approved cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Georgia driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
