Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and deep-cleaning bathrooms
- Maintain pristine condition of public areas including lobbies, hallways, and elevators
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly to management
- Adhere to strict safety and sanitation protocols per brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock carts efficiently
- Collaborate with room attendants and supervisors to optimize workflow
- Handle special guest requests with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in a hotel or high-end hospitality setting
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic English proficiency for guest interactions and report documentation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
