Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments function efficiently and in alignment with company standards.
- Guest Satisfaction: Proactively monitor guest feedback and resolve any issues immediately to maintain our high reputation for service.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, including P&L management, budget adherence, and cost control measures.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the events team to manage large-scale bookings and special functions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage shift schedules effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
