Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement staff training programs to maintain service excellence
- Manage departmental budgets, inventory control, and cost optimization
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure exceptional service recovery
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams for facility upkeep
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive hotel management experience
- Proven track record in staff leadership and development
- Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid New Mexico Food Handler's certification required
- BS in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficiency in revenue management principles
