Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all departments run efficiently
- Manage and mentor staff, including assigning tasks and providing performance feedback
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with exceptional service standards
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and security protocols for guest safety
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Complete shift reports and communicate critical information to management
- Implement emergency procedures during critical incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hotel supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Valid California Food Handler's Certificate preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
