Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through front desk operations, concierge assistance, and personalized check-in/check-out experiences
- Maintain pristine room standards through thorough housekeeping and maintenance coordination
- Manage inventory control for guest supplies, amenities, and operational equipment
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hotel operations
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and brand compliance standards
- Contribute to a positive team environment through open communication and mutual support
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable to role)
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
