Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout guest stays
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming public areas and guest rooms
- Assist with basic housekeeping duties including room turnover and supply management
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless hotel operations
- Follow safety protocols and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Support special events and seasonal demands as needed
Qualifications
- No previous experience required – we train all new hires!
- Positive attitude and strong desire to help others
- Reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer skills for check-in/out systems
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all positions)
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled)
