Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are fully stocked and organized.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them immediately to the supervisor.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the lobby, hallways, and stairwells.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
