As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. You will manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service possible. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, resolving inquiries or escalating them appropriately.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and diplomacy to ensure high satisfaction.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records for the shift.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
