Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and polishing surfaces
- Deep-clean and maintain hotel common areas, lobbies, and restrooms to brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless guest experiences
- Complete daily room inspection checklists with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs consistently
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
