Responsibilities
- Deep Cleaning: Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential interiors, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Laundry & Linens: Wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry and linens according to client specifications.
- Sanitation: Ensure all high-touch areas, such as doorknobs and light switches, are thoroughly disinfected.
- Restocking: Monitor inventory levels and restock cleaning supplies and amenities as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages within the property to management.
- Client Relations: Maintain a professional demeanor and communicate effectively with clients regarding specific cleaning requests.
- Organization: Keep work areas tidy and organized to ensure efficient workflow throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of professional housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English language skills for verbal communication with the team and clients.
- Valid ID: Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
