Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Dust furniture, wipe down surfaces, and vacuum carpets to ensure a spotless environment.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities such as soap and toilet paper.
- Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas and replace liners.
- Mop floors and sanitize surfaces in kitchens and dining areas.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with residents and guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, standing for extended periods, and walking.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be available for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
