Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential properties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces
- Change bed linens, make beds to hotel-quality standards, and organize closets/storage areas
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry for client households
- Stock household supplies (soap, paper products, etc.) and maintain cleaning equipment
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and client-specific preferences
- Adhere to safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Communicate professionally with clients and team supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Reliable transportation to assigned locations within Charlotte metro
- Flexibility to work weekdays with occasional weekend availability
