Responsibilities
- Execute thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and restrooms to company standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.).
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of shortages.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is sanitized and stored correctly after use.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests during check-ins or inquiries.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and bend, stoop, and reach.
- Reliable transportation and availability for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
