Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to 5-star standards
- Manage linen inventory and ensure proper room replenishment
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and guest concerns promptly
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and brand sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams
- Maintain organized supply closets and cleaning carts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Basic English communication proficiency
