Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness in guest rooms, suites, and common areas following industry standards
- Perform detailed deep cleaning including dusting, polishing, sanitizing surfaces, and floor care
- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies with precision
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally while maintaining privacy standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and report maintenance issues or irregularities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless room turnover between guests
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and presentation at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-end environment
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
