Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and execute the company's 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying high-impact emerging technologies.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the development of next-generation AI models, ensuring they are ethical, scalable, and robust.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate 2026-ready technologies into current product lines.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and mentor top-tier talent capable of working on futuristic projects.
- Market Analysis: Analyze competitive landscapes to anticipate shifts in the tech industry leading up to 2026.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Spark).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex, open-ended problems with no immediate precedent.
