We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the construction of our next-generation platform. In this pivotal role, you will define the technical roadmap for 2026, bridging the gap between theoretical artificial intelligence and scalable, real-world applications. You will be responsible for designing autonomous agent systems, integrating quantum-enhanced computing principles, and establishing the ethical frameworks that will govern our AI ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Architect and lead the strategic vision for integrating cutting-edge Generative AI and autonomous agents into our core product suite.
- System Design: Design scalable, high-performance neural network architectures capable of handling massive data loads in real-time environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into robust technical solutions.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring transparency, fairness, and safety in all deployed models.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee the deployment of AI models on cloud-native infrastructures (AWS/GCP) to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Proof of Concept (PoC): Spearhead R&D initiatives to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLOps pipelines.
- AI Specialization: Proven track record in designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI systems.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to anticipate technological trends and translate them into actionable architectural roadmaps.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
