- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech fusion, neural interfaces) for strategic integration
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track innovation pipeline maturity
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and external investors
- Mentor junior innovation analysts in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 5+ year vision
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience with C-level stakeholder management and board presentations
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
