Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development priorities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present future impact assessments to board members and investors
- Design innovation governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment
- Monitor and report on emerging regulatory landscapes affecting future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (e.g., quantum applications, AI ethics frameworks)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of technology adoption curves and market timing strategies
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) or futures studies preferred
- Exceptional data visualization skills with advanced proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or future studies
