Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps for emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, sustainable energy)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market gaps
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis using AI-powered foresight platforms
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
